Something worth reading, Genneva supporter or not.

Genneva consultants said they are merely in the gold trading business. But funny thing is the gold need to be return to the company in order to get 'discount'. If you buy gold you can't get gold directly and in this period you just hold the paper like banks paper gold account. Which means that they are selling physical gold + paper gold. This is the reason why many people does not able to get gold although they keep emphasize about their nature of business.

So Pat Lu critic their competitors. Instead of direct competitors, she critic goldsmith shops and banks. I dunno why.
I believe there is no direct affect to the goldsmith shops if you view their annual reports. Revenue and profits incrased by 20-33% last year. The highest since listed I believe.

Genneva sell gold and buy back gold at same price. Then give 24% hibah. The next question is:-

What I meant by the example is that even though the buyer willingly bought from the seller, it can still be illegal because the role of the government is to protect the consumer

Can Geneva be classified as a true gold trader?
Normal process of buying and selling, I pay rm200 I get gold and I go home and put in my safe
From what I read customer pay rm200 and get a cert after a while they get the gold sounds like a option style trading

in that case unless its some illegal pawn shop or gold smith who sells illegal stuff didnt actually include that when tipuism ask bout goldsmith vs genneva

USA's national debt is damp huge ($16,000,000,000,000), and yet their bonds are so demanding. Why? Theoritically, someone owe so huge debt, everybody is scared to loan him money, right!

Take one simple example to understand the situation - Every legal copy of Microsoft Windows sold, there is a percentage being taxed directly or indirectly by US goverment regardless where it was sold.

How many MS windows are running in this planet? How many new MS windows are installed everyday in this planet?
