IOI City Mall is a regional mall for the south n none of the malls u mention are big/have good tenants like IOI City..

I think the SJ & USJ folks dont mind shopping in TMP's mall ma if it is good like ESG, Subang Parade or Sunway Pyramid. I think SJ & USJ folks always shop at these 3 mall also sien oredi lo, so if the TMP mall is good why not shop there?

Bro, perhaps you want to double confirm with their SA? Currently LBS is selling the 2 & 3 storey shop lots at BSP Village and they have just officially launched BSP 21 last Tuesday. BSP 21 is expected to be completed in about 3.5 years from now.

My understanding is that the shopping mall will only be launched towards the end of these 2 porjects. I believe the current population in BSP and the surrounding neighbourhood is still not enough to support a decent shopping mall.

I still think Remi won't do well due to bad location far from the centre of USJ! USJ crowd not even enough to support 2-3 new malls let alone TMP or MCT city..

Yeap cater to shah alam folks n Bukit Jelutong but got AEON mall n i City will do very well n shah alam crowd still prefer subang empire for their premium shopping..

Always remember, tropic mall in Damansara not performing well n many tenants look at mall management n past performance.. Best to stick with alfresco dining & Nexus Bangsar South type FnB

Funny thing is although mydin fit out looks like crap, the products in tesco are cheaper on average then mydin.. My mom who is a thrifty person said mydin n econsave are more exp than tesco giant aeon BIG despite being more low end..
