While looking I found shops in Imbi, at first floor selling networking parts including the HIGH GAIN Omni directional antennas, but they totally double the price and selling the TNC / SMA cables separately really slash throat and gila punye price. Decided not to buy from them caused i got my own supplier from Taiwan.
