Who will want to make a complaint in Malaysia ? Better post and compile a list here and make them out of business. The large one at lower level of Pudu Plaza is a very bad one.

if u no report other person may felt like it was not real.
even report is cost RM2 only.
if your report is strong enough than lawyer will fight for claim.
anyway, all report will count in this company as bad service.

Agoda also not always reliable. I booked 4 night's hotel....staTed clearly if no show First night is charged only but they never refund my 3 night's and also only reply my email

Hi guys, I will be going to the MATTA fair this weekend. I am thinking of going to either Turkey or South Korea during the 2013 chinese holidays. Any good and reliable tour agency to recommend. Last year I took a tour to Australia with GTT. Overall a good experience but like to compare GTT with other reliable and good agencies.

you may try malaysia harmony or apple holiday for south korea ...( no conflict , this is based on my point of view)

highly recommend you try Apple Holiday for South Korea..had an awesome time travelling with them

GTT's main competitor = Apple Vacations & Conventions - located at jalan bukit bintang (next to menara YTL)
Apple's Korea tour provides excellent services and products (accommodation, F&B, etc)
It is recommended to travel during winter time... their skiii resort is just nice!

this my itinerary for last week trip:

Returning home to Malaysia

Cleveland---->Chicago via American Eagle
Chicago (9:05PM)---->Beijing(11:30PM) via American Airlines (11 hours flight)
Beijing (1:30AM)---->KLIA (7:40AM) via MAS (6 hours flight)
LCCT (1:05PM)--->Miri (3:10PM) via Air Asia

Beijing has same time with Malaysia.

My agent had arrange all this tickets for my husband and i.
what happen is, he fail to notice that once we arrived at Beijing airport at terminal 3, we need to go to terminal 2 to check in for MAS.
Terminal 3 and 2 is 15 mins distance.

The MAS counter in T2 will close strictly 1 hour before departure and I was given just 1 hour to do the whole procedure plus waiting for public transport in one hour.

In T2:

Sum it up all together, all this procedures could take 1 hour more or less.


My agent only put 2 hours gap (and we need to check in 1 hour before time to Malaysia).

so what happens?

We missed the flight and we had to rebook a new tickets plus connecting flight back to miri.


I want to ask opinions, who should hold responsibilities for all the cost? we had to bought new tickets+pay expensive private cab+overnight at hotel.

How is this tour agent? I plan to make tour to either USA or Europe with my family.

I think I kena tipu from Pantium Discovery. They put a booth a Amcorp Mall last week. They said they have been around for 8 years and got 60,000 members. So I thought should be okay. They said usually to be a member you need to pay RM399 every year but that day promotion is RM399 for whole life. On top of that, they give a free trip of 2 days one night a Langkawi and free you a trolley and limit to 200 people only (I saw this on their application form). I thought it was good deal until I search their website. I feel no too good. I saw a condition that cooling off period is 10 days and RM50 will be burn. Hopefully I can get back my RM350.

Never deal with TRIBA-EAST TRAVEL SDN BHD agency at MATTA fair.

I was so unhappy and totally disappointed with the travel agency we had booked and spent around RM3000 for nothings.

They will arrange those cheap cheap travel guide at Bali for you.
They will took you to those expensive shop to persuade you to buy things which costly.

& the food arrangement..totally not good..=(...

My bad experience encounter with the tour agency..

I would advise all who plan to go Taiwan with a tour agency to please be careful if you want to deal with Golden Deluxe Travel Sdn Bhd.

I went there with my wife and 2 other friends. We spent close to RM3000/pax for their 7D6N Round Island package.

FOOD - They promised Taiwan special cuisine, Master Bear Resort special meal, all we got were normal Chinese dishes with white rice, steamed egg, tofu and such. The fish was not even fresh and we always did not finish it.
For 3K tour, I expected a little better.

ACCOMMODATION - Promised 4-5 Stars, at best, only 1 or 2 hotels were satisfactory. At best, I can only give one of them 3 stars, the rest were just plain shabby.

TOUR GUIDE - The worst. He spent a lot of time talking about specialty store products, lingzhi, jade, pearl, royal jelly, fengshui, of which he will get commission for. He does not seem interested in tallking more about sights and culture of Taiwan.

Other Issues:-
He cut off one part of the itinerary as he said it will take a long time to travel to that place and suggested other places close by to save time. Then we spent more than 2 hours that day in 2 specialty stores listening to sales pitch. We saved the time for him to bring us to more specialty stores?

He was supposed to bring us to the Martyr Shrine to watch the changing of guards ceremony, but he was running late for the hourly ceremony. Instead of waiting another hour and going someplace else, he told us that the starting part don't need to watch and said watching the later part was enough. Want to save petrol and time? To go more specialty stores?

He brought us to Feng Jia night market at 4.30 PM! The night market only starts to be lively around 7 PM. When we asked if we could go back to the hotel ourselves, he told us the journey will take 2 hours and too expensive by taxi. So we followed the tour bus back, and guess what? The journey only took half an hour...

He brought us to FIVE specialty stores and actually had planned to bring us to SEVEN stores. Four were not listed in the itinerary. We skipped out of the LAST TWO only because we told him we are not going.
He got upset at us after the fifth store and raised his voice to us, scolding us for not buying anything from the stores, and saying it looked bad for him.
The tour guide's name is Liu.

If you are still planning to use their services, you have been warned.

oh god! this quantum thing have been here since like few years back... i was one of them who kena.... CANT BELIEVE THERE ARE STILL GROWING! damn it!

and f***, they are moving around.. their office used to be in pavilion, then kl sentral.... now EMPIRE!
