Have you covered the windscreen insurance?

SA strongly recommended it b'cos the cost is quite high.....min coverage must be RM3,000 (insurance = x15% = RM450) rclxub.gif

If you are around KL area, we're a Mazda 3S + Insurance Claim center, practically a 1-stop center for your Mazda needs. We're situated along Jln.Sungai Besi, after VW Wearnes & Proton , before Toyota & Lexus.

BTW, can we instruct the service centre on specific windscreen?

Last time, my Honda City windscreen got cracks and after changed, notice the windscreen is "magnify" version.

Can we instruct them not to use these type?

Yes we do, and we also do insurance claim for accident cases.

For windscreen, all you need is to bring your car + insurance policy cover and we'll handle the rest.

For accident cases, if you have not made a police report within 24hours, you can bring your car over (if its driveable) and we will assign someone to assist you in your police report as well.

If you've made the report, then we will handle from there, don't need you to return to the police station few times for the judgement results.

I did it at the SC along federal highway, jalan 219 there.

Feedback - service was fairly efficient, waited less than 20 mins till it was my turn. then they took the car for about 2 hours and i was good to go since i was waiting there.

the person who attended to me (suhaimi) was very polite, two thumbs up.

car came back scratch-free and in safe condition, but the free car wash nothing special. in fact still got minor dirt here and there but not a big issue.

Collected my car today from Mazda Sg besi , book thru bro @lucifal who are regularly in LYN and assisted by his SA , quick, helpful and friendly service. Recommended!

About the ride , have the infamous problem like other bro/sis here , when going thru the bump , there is a *krok krok* sound appear.

Overall , big thumb up for the experience , superb handling especially cornering. low/mid end torque is good too.
