How does this compare to Oasis Medella (Oasis Corporate Park)? Only thing I know is:
1) Oasis = PJ address on FH land while Nova will be under Shah Alam address (correct me if I am wrong)
2) 855 SQF smallest unit vs 703 (Oasis). Personally, I feel the 855 SQF unit easier to rent out
3) Facilities...any difference?
4) Oasis is next to Citta while Nova is next to Japenese International School (which is better?)
5) Oasis should be nearer to LRT
I am unsure which to get...

QUOTE(CMW123 @ Jan 23 2013, 02:29 PM) Medella is RM700psf up right? So Nova seems lower psf price... Medella seems more quiet but Oasis is not happening... Price wise its about the same already... Medella = RM722 psf (703 square feet) while Nova is already RM725 psf (lower floor but 2 carparks) Medella (mixed development with a proposed hotel, convention centre etc) Dunno if it'll be happening in the future..Oasis square is certainly picking up (banks, restaurants such as rakuzen, Royal FLush, Old Town etc).

QUOTE(CMW123 @ Jan 25 2013, 02:36 PM) But next door Amaya is only selling around Rm550 psf for its 1500 sq ft unit Wouldn't Amaya has higher investment potential amaya catch up with Nova? Usually, the bigger units will have lower psf price. I would have inquired about amaya but 1500 sqf would mean RM800+k which is not my budget for now. But u are right...Amaya will probably have much better potential in terms of capital appreciation.
