I think I know why. Japanese loves to stay in Malaysia. More Japanese are coming to Malaysia and they are likely staying in Japanese area and one of it is near Japanese International School and Japanese School. smile.gif

But surprisingly 850 sqft units only left. It should have gone faster than biggies.

coz they have dual key unit(quoted at 810k after discount)..the 2r2b unit in dualkey unit have same size with me,850sqft price at 560k(after discount) and they got a studio unit 462sqft at Rm250k..if single can stay in studio n rent out the 2r2b,if married just rent out the studio lo..could ease their financial commitment. just my 0.0000002 cent. smile.gif
