First gen pebbles use the standard 22mm watch strap. you can approach any watch shop to buy a new strap and get them to replace it for you.

Maybe you should try online. The straps sold in watch shops are generally a bit more pricy.

Maybe members here can share which watch shops you can get great deals? Cheers.

Just want to share my experience.

I bought my pebble time steel from Kickstarter campaign and used it until now.
One day, my pebble appeared some visible strips on the screen, even though when i was using the menu selection, the strips was still there. This situation was happened for about one month. I tried to find the solution online and emailed the customer support. They asked me to send back the pebble to US for replacement of pebble. I was lazy to post it back to US and just let it be.

But until some day, the screen magically recovered by itself and no more strips appeared again until now.

Magical Story. HAHA! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

interested on pebble time. any tips buying used or new from mudah or garage sale? more concern about warranty since returning back to US would be expensive.

They used to just ask for a picture/video and they'll send a completely new part.
But knowing Malaysians... We probably abused it till they ask us to send it back lol

I have one of the best experience with Pebble Time. One day one of my Pebble Time button (the up button) is not working and got problem, I video-ed the evidence along with proof and they quickly dispatched a new one for me. Best support ever.

Just few videos and showing them the serial number.
I hope people don't abuse it though, Pebble customer support is great, I will definitely buy from them again.

wonder if the core would work with our local telcos. as i understand it, you would have to slip the microsim into the core.
