It is Apple's ecosystem. They can do whatever they want. But under Tim Cook's leadership, they are much more friendlier nowadays. Hopefully I don't have to Lelong my pebble to Android users..... 😂

Im facing the same problem. now it shows that it is returned to sigapore. already made a complaint to pos malaysia.

The reply was "maybe it was opened"....... and violated the standards. In other words, someone stole the watch while it was in transit????? Well, a long battle with pebble now to have them send it again....

Sharing my experience, Since my watch is confirmed returned to Singapore (sender), I contacted Pebble. I sent a screenshot together with the tracking email to them. They responded immediately and are working on sending a replacement unit to me. Great service!

Yap. The 10 days battery life is what keeps me with pebble. It is still holding up to its claim as I'm still on my first charge after a few days of receiving it.

For Pebble Time Steel, the whole unit is made of steel. pretty good quality.

Ya lor. Wish the bezel is smaller, and LCD screen bigger. But it will do for now.

Better wrap it up to protect the watch. It would be pretty bad to look at scratched surface everyday. 😩

updated Pebble Time App on iOS yesterday. Seems iphone now has better standby time. Same as when I had the OG pebble app installed. Anyone had any similar experience?

I don't have the original Pebble Steel. I had the plastic Pebble. Sorry can't offer any comparison.

Well, I really like the colors on the new Pebble Time, even though it is not in high resolution. I am fine with that as long as it offers battery life that measure in days, and not full working hours

My Pebble, Pebble time and Pebble Time Steel all came from Pebble directly. It is safe, from my experience.

However, Pebble Time was lost in the mail. One email with screenshot of the freight tracking info to Pebble, and they shipped the replacement. Truly respectable customer service.

Choose normal postage, NOT special courier. Read from the forum, those who shipped via DHL got taxed with GST. All my pebbles were not taxed.
