I go for echoing fury is because..........i picked it up for free! lol. else i wont be buying that as i am another poor begger monk.
mine has no dex. 1220-ish dps, 170ish int, 0.21 atk speed , weapon +10% atk spd, 14+% chance to fear and a socket. good boost of overall atk spd as i have 2.2 average atk spd now. btw i also hate the fear factor in it. pain in de arse chasing molten mobs and those super running speed ones. so i need a butcher sickle to compensate that. it has 20%+ to pull enemies towards you like how butcher did. the harpoon thingy.

There is another trick to reduce the fear..get a Cold SoJ.. then you slow them so they run slow slow..

But cannot use FoT..damn jilaka the lightning damage overides the +cold Damage

Bro..no one is saying you cant MP10...your barb is more than sufficient to do MP10. The thing is we are talking about the fear in EF. Some say the fear is good...can make mobs run so can open space to control. But its my opinion that the fear is bad...cause no matter how you still have to kill the MOB..they dont kamikaze (except maniacs)..so like it or not you still have to bash the fella to death. So why would you want to chase the fella while if I got a choice I rather let him chase me..

That is why EF is not everyone cup of tea ...just accept that. Otherwise everyone will be using EF and nothing else..

positioning wise, i think i roughly know what u are saying. sometimes we keep positioning ourselves not to get locked in between mobs, at least can run away and stall some time for serenity to cooldown.

i wanted to do mp10 with MoC, but at the moment i still need MoE.

It stacks..you still get the 6% added to the DPS just that the cold effect will not proc if using FoT as its lightning base. If you use DR..the can slow the mobs down hence the fear effect is minimised cause the fella is slowed and feared at the same time

anyways it depends on what kinda elemental dmg we talking about. if it adds towards your character sheet dps, it should stack. if it is specifically towards elemental skills (eg: WKL 2nd property) then no it doesn't stack.

Math test on black weapons? Why do u need that? I have an in-depth DPS sheet for DH only la.

Elemental damage works by adding on to the weapons physical damage regardless of whether you are black or non-black. So a non-black weapon gonna benefit less.
