haha yes the retention pond near 9 seputeh there is dam smelly.. wonder who wanna rent/buy verve suites after vp.. i think many people went in with the mindset that verve MK did well so this one should do well too..

Bro, there's also a small retention pond right behind this verve suites building. Very smelly ...

the concept actually is good.. but just only there are too many con factor such as environment, location etc..and of coz the price oso 1 big issue if u compare with the surrounding project

Just went for a private preview dinner at the sky bridge last night at 13A floor aka 14th floor.
The facilities are ready and also took the opportunity to see the 4 show units.

Still have 2 555sf units below RM700k for sale.
They have 4 innovative financing schemes to help you to afford to buy, hehehe...

Having seen Verve Suites MK's impressive facilities, I am not too bowled over by what they offer here.

Anyway don't take my words for it, go check it out yourself.
