the price for verve kl south is RM1,100psf ...cheap?

They are now working on the showroom... Comes in fully furnish like MK Verve... Shld be launching 2nd half of the year and probably after GE.... Outside landscape completed....

Just checked out the sub-sale for Verve Suites MK from iProperty.com, asking is in between RM947 psf - RM1011 psf for 633sf

I think the price psf is high considered it is a refurbished condo, what ur guys think?

visiting its showroom yesterday,yeah all the info you guys written here is true.Price RM1100/sqft,maintenance RM0.51/sqft (reason given is less units,only about 360+ units and the maintenance of bridge's facilities are high.

All units fully furnished with beatiful id but say we take current market price in OKR is max RM700/sqft,the balance of RM400/sqft is to buy the furnishing from them,still too expensive.

If were to invest and flip is quite hard too as the cheapest studio unit available is RM720K++ for 555sqft.I dont think after 2.5 years time could be sold at RM800k for a studio in OKR.This is not Tropicana Gardens 

The verve mk surrender to uem? I heard many complaint on mk 11 too. And uem force to do something to improve the common area macam lift area. N the so so art sculpture at lift entrance area seriously no art sense.
