Best part is, its actually a refurbished condo....
And you can get property very decent property within KLCC vicinity at RM1,100psf.

I received SMS, price from RM360K......360k for fully ID furnished studio seems OK. RM0.50 maintenance fee so less than RM200 a month la....

Less than 360 sf then less than 360k loh ! X 0.50 m/ fee then less than rm200 loh .some ppl master bedroom already bigger than the 'house' . Now ppl call it shoe box or pigeon hole .
