They are now working on the showroom... Comes in fully furnish like MK Verve... Shld be launching 2nd half of the year and probably after GE.... Outside landscape completed....

No idea yet.... Says lotsa thing not finalize yet....
The 2 block will be small size service suite from 555 sf onwards... Those 5-6 level from ground before the building structure will be convert into SOHO.... Ground Flr will be retail manage by BKP themselves....
Accordingly there is 4 level of basement parking....

I doubt BKP would risk their reputation by such problems.....

The usual advantage buying from reputable developer,
1. U get quality products.
2. Even u got defects, they responded to it efficiently to rectify it.

If were to buy neighboring project, shld go for Scott Garden instead of Avantas....
Avant as got nothing except u don't worry so much about fire break out since bomba jus around the corner....
