My phone is now on wanam lite rom.. He is one of my favourite developer in sgs3
My next test will be Mike android hd another well known developer
Have failed downloading omega as his download sites is deposit files banned here. I use free vpn to bypass but twice neay 90% got cut off

This is essential stock rom only deodexed n zip aligned
No significant difference with stock
And most bloatware removed
Useful only awaiting mods

Closest is Cm10 but now lots of bugs eg camera not working n direct phone call issues
Running nexus style of rom will mean:
-Samsung builtin phone Special features such as motion control. Smart stay etc disabled
- no default video calls possible
- mhl adapter connection to lcd tv not possible
- most Samsung widgets cannot be used
Temporary root phone replace tw launcher with nova launcher n freeze tw launcher

You might find the powerbank will be unused most of the time
This note2 battery life is insanely great

Btw yoobao 13000mah Max output is 1.5A unlike the 11200mah model is 2A
The default charger for note2 is 2A output
But still can use lah

Even powerbank 13000mah with just 1.5A is 50/50 chance if power input design same as galaxy tabs

Added on October 10, 2012, 9:21 amThe current root and CWM method is even more simple than flashing using Chainfire method. Just use odin and flash a single file - you get root n CWM. CWM works well - i have tested backup and restore - perfect without any issue

There is always a hidden counter which we normal users cannot see except the tech
That is why i always say wiping the flash counter you can only deceive the counter staff who take in your phone but not the tech. If they want to void warranty they reserve every right. But 9.9/10 cases has been proven the service center still provide warranty FOC - it was so obvious with so many users replacing their Galaxy Note motherboard FOC due to flashing destroying the emmc partitions

some users in XDA reported successful flashing the UK latest rom ( with multi windows) using Mobile ODin. Some reported flash counter goes up while some said it does not
I was unsuccessful using Mobile Odin to flash the UK latest rom
But at least for now, i have no issues flashing custom roms and restoring roms using the chenglu recovery ( which is actually based on Chainfire clockworkmod recovery)

I have said that this Note 2 is the only Samsung phone i do not mind using the stock rom and stock Touchwiz UI. But i find the default UI homescreen gridsize 4X4 lacking and so i installed the mod 5X6 - which is just nice for me

Yes sandisk quality drop. I replace mine 3 times over 4 months . The vector staff told me no limit to replacement as long under warranty
