my acv40 when on aircond or reverse got sound like bearing loose. Go to toyota service centre they couldn't rectifiy it.

Yes old place. Have not moved to Kepong yet.

There is big used car showroom just next to KM. Separated by a small side Lane. Easy to drive pass as it quite a small old shop lot.

Dear friends,

I just wanted to ask if there's anyone familiar with a foreman in PJ who goes by the name Wireman Wong/Kwong.

I used to visit him since 15 years ago at his lot next at Asia Jaya, PJ @ ESSO, who later moved to a lot at Safety Driving school just up the road.

This guy used to be a legend with alternator repairs and overhauls but he moved out once they took up the area for the driving school and other development.

I'm unsure if he's the one being referred to here but he looks abit like David Carradine from the 90's series Kung-Fu: The Legend Continues.

I can't seem to find any of the owner's pictures in this thread, so if someone could share this or at least confirm if this is the man.

For those who looking, the shop is still in its old location in Jalan Ipoh. They will relocate but no set date yet. I just visited the shop yesterday checking up my starter.

I plan to visit the shop to services and repair my starter also, my starter got intermittent starting problem lately.

How long it take to servicing a car starter? and how much you paid for the service?

i just went this old shop and get my ori vios alternator repaired but didn't change the bearing because still in good condition with total damage RM170. The husband and wife very friendly and there will shift to new shop for the attached photo. Thanks

shops along jln ipoh all been affected by mrt projects, not juz shop, food stalls at road side also

wonder what happens to these shops after mrt completed, all being vacant or sold to mrt company and sell out or rent out later at higher property price

the furniture shop going move to segambut

then got a tyre shop that forumer recommend

also that sg wang aircond service shop, guess all don know move to where, better go grab their address early
