Should be possible if you're not the one is hosting because streamyx upload speed is only around 40-50kB/s, while unifi provides about 500-600kB/s. As long you joined other people game it should be fine. From my experience, I've played online games on 128Kbps line before and it still works, but patching gonna take looooooong time though.

Are you using OpenVPN client for your VPN? Usually when you disconnected, your openvpn client got confused and did not actually disconnect from VPN server and pretend its actually still connected while its not. So all your connection routed straight to disconnected vpn server and causing no internet access for all of your program because its fully routed vpn client. To solve this problem just open up your Network & Sharing center -> Change adapter settings -> Disable TAP-win32 Adapter OAS and then enable it back.

GEOIP Location doesn't matter, it's not 100% accurate since it depends on where the IP is actually registered in TM System. To figure out what its you lagging or the CSGO server lagging, try to enable developer mode (~) and type this in the command line - " net_graph 1 ", if there's loss % then it's your line, if choke % then it's the server fault.

Yes, torrent speed is throttled periodically, you used to get 400kB/s before, next day you might not (this is not new, practiced since 2006). TM does not promise high speed for international bandwidth, especially unreliable source like torrent (which seeder/peer dependent) .

May I know what games are you playing? Some of my servers in US been wonky this few days but cbf troubleshooting since I'm not with my desktop at the moment. I thought it was my provider.
