Go for the the WL toys v929 beetle for RM110. I bought mine here @DRC Toys. Their shoplot is at puchong. Now already 2 days playing it and im having a blast! Now hand itchy looking for shops that sells extra battery.

with that much dough you can commission somebody else to built it for you Im definitely going to the aerial photography route but for now lets the hundred buck quad tumbling first than a 1k + camera one

assuming u are starting from nothing and with no rc experience
u will have to consider a radio (starts from rm200+) .. charger (rm100+) .. batteries (rm100+) .. and crash repair costs
and then the cost of aircraft ...

u can get a quadcopter for around rm300+ if u buy the stuff and build it yourself

or u can choose to get the 929 quadcopter which is perfectly good for learning ... really cheap too

just wondering your v929 throttle is left or right hand side? (the one which dont spring back to centre position)

mine is mode 2 throttle is on the left side.

i myself bought 2, and all friends around me also bought this

but i experienced a lot that cannot balance after few crash, not because unbalance prop, but due to the board problem(the most expensive part to change)

but all in all, it is a good helicopter if you are good luck(crash for many times and still flying )

It can be used as it is sold as replacement batt @ drc toys . But now i am using the turningy ones here (in the plastic)
For longer air time.

Yeah i suffer the same board problem. Changed it to a new board for 45 bucks and it is flying rock solid. Thinking of getting another setup so that i can make it into this

price vary depending on model

sifus im thinking of getting a pnf / arf for starting to learn quad. I dont want to pening constructing one since i sucks at electronic so what you think about this quad
