macam no brick work involve...macam prefabricated concrete cement slab...
in future got problem do the drilling and hide wire boh?

my current apartment also concrete cement wall...
so far no problem for minor drilling or wiring....
but d contractor complain have to replace few of the drill bits la.... tongue.gif

Actually, RM100k is not consider major renovation... basically with all the necessary furnitures, curtains, wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, electrical appliances..etc (assuming all r brand NEW items) will cost u ard that amount.

For this type new build condo, not much can do for renovation (cannot do much wall hacking, maybe plaster ceiling, change of tiles & bathroom upgrade)
so most will be spent on electrical appliances & furnitures finishing

thats my view, so RM100K is the figure to spent should everything buy new...

tv 60" = RM6k
aircon 1 hp x 3 rooms = RM4500 (plus installation)
aircon for master room 2hp = RM2800 (plus installation)
aircon for living room 3hp = RM4500(plus installation)
fridge = RM3000
cooker hood, hob = RM5000
water heater with pump in 3 toilets= RM1800 (plus installation)
sofa = RM10000
Table = RM1500
dining table = RM2000
bed = RM8000
2nd n 3rd room = RM10000
lighting + fan = RM5000
curtain = RM8000

now already 71k...
