semi flexi...i also dunno how is full or flexi work....but what i kno, i can request to start pay full monthly instalment

the major difference of full vs semi is on the ease of withdrawal money from current account & bank charges imposed by bank
full: anytime withdrawal, bank charge rm10 monthly
semi: write in letter to withdraw (certain minimum amount) with one off bank charge per withdrawal

it just a matter of timing difference due to different stage of completion for Block A & B
