Hi all, I think the comment posted in FB is related to the reinstatement work on the affected road for nearby resident area. Is not related to the progress of CG development. tongue.gif

i think resident from d semi-d right in front,
coz those semi-d veli close to d site.... mayb their backyard affected...

what changes? why need mock up unit if all units sold? The master bedroom in mock up unit seems smaller than the show unit wo.

picture is always for illustration, hence the feeling of getting smaller compare with show room
btw, as per comment in FB, the skirting color is different from floor tiles, just not sure about the quality
as per reply from Casa Green, the mock up unit is still subject for rectification, wonder if there will be any changes...

they will be using white color wooden skirting to flush with door. What does it mean “flush with the door”?
seems like FB comment is abt the heights of ceiling...

Look at the tiles, ceiling height should be around 10.5 ft.

You can always write in letter to request bank for early start of instalment payment
for me, my loan disbursement is only 15% hence the interest is still under four hundreds, hence not yet start to pay instalments
will only do so should my Level 16 completed
if under Full Flexi Loan, juz top up more money to reduce the interest charges...
