some of the job can be done concurrently~~(not painting of coz)~~
with mivan formwork system one whole floor (the structure) can be done in less than 10 days (standard layout according to my Ir. engineer colleague), if allow 20% buffer also around 12 days per floor~~
12 x 20 floors = 240 days~~ which means less than 1 year from now the structure could be fully completed...

left another 1 year++ for the interior, piping (might be completed as well), wiring & cables, floor tiles, CF and etc~~

ermm according to another colleague he mention mivan speed can be crazy if the contractor want to force it....his record is 5~6 days per floor (depending on weather)...which i looked up into the internet....it is quite true...the website below mention 4 days per floor...

dude....your calculation is totally out if like that and i think....Jun/July 2015 MIGHT BE achievable if follow my calculations

we shall look on it...i got another house 25 days per floor...fast 20 days..

handover on july but still got 6 floors to go

Actually to CG FB, carpark height is around 9 feets. By looking at the pic too, the carpark height not consider low. look at the scaffolding there, should be higher than normal ppl with 5"~6" tall
Just wonder if the sunlight can reach carpark level 3 or not
