If in singapore, if the project is abandoned, the money Will be released back to the owner....cus the downpayment is saved in project account which is managed by bank..not directly bank in to ddeveloper bank's account |

rontan, y u wan to so care bout they all whether got money to pay the rental or yield of rental? that's their money..up to them le..even if they no money to pay, no one will pity them...so y we wan to bother? who knows pega, terry n all casa owner earn 10k ++  and i believe most of casa owner buy for own stay not for rent cz cheras is cheras afterall, not dsara, mont kiara, pj or kl... quarrel no point le...so b happy with what u have  |

But the construction of SUKE highway involved demolishing a whole row of new (2010?) double storey terrace house (or is it semi-D) along the way~~
after the protest~~doesnt seems like there are news of SUKE highway anymore~~
