I think not to the extent it goes all the way to Aeon Cheras Selatan now~~
however, the entrance of Aeon and Columbia Hospital is really quite narrow~~there might still be the need to do so~~

Oh ya~~it is official Casa Green is Fully Sold~~
the showroom is closed and only can be viewed by appointment

OUG Parklane no doubt will cause massive traffic problem at old klang road, actually Cheras Selatan also will cause the massive problem to the residences stay at there, the road have to install traffic light at exit junction to main road. People there have to suffer at least 1-2years until the mrt project complete.

Your current house is the best walking distance to monorail. tongue.gif (Guess who am I)

Bro, so when come out to yamcha together?

Now the road outside the Casa Green is wider, the T junction required a traffic light now if not the vehicles will find difficult to turn out.

Don't understand why they want to widen the road now.

I can see they also decorate the main road leading to show house.

It is good to widen the road now i think~~ for the buyers, upon the completion of the road the value of Casa Green should be better~~

But i do agree it is kinda weird for them to "decorate" now~~i passed by in the evening and notice the sign board is illuminated (With lights) already~~

hmm...maybe they are releasing the developer's unit soon? brows.gif

I still hvnt receive any letter from the bank yet~~no rush for me tongue.gif

It'll be double cost to widen and decorate the road now.

Still got developer units??

As per my understanding, normally developers like to keep a few of the best units for themselves and open it to sale later when the project is completed or when the price is really good during construction~~

So i strongly believe there will be these units left, the same should apply to Casa Green~~but the problem is the timing of when they wanna sell it~~

Maybe Amber Homes can claim Facilitation Fund from the Selangor Govt, thats y they build the road now~~which is good i think, anyway the construction do need a wider road~~so i think no harm~~
