QUOTE(peri peri @ Apr 6 2013, 11:29 PM) not many people prefer duplex due to large layout which incur more maintenance fee and low rental demand. im sure they still have. i understand that casa green now price at 360 psf, of coz all are very big unit which a bit unpractical for many people. if you have any friend looking for smaller unit like 1200 1500 sf, at price range 400 psf, do consider mine project |

QUOTE(chulk @ Apr 21 2013, 01:16 AM) so? Everyone has own choices. Chill bro. Majority are looking for size below 1500sf now. And many new launches are already being targeted at those smaller builtups for more affordable pricing and reasonable maintenance charges. IYHO pertty practical, but in IMHO isnt pracitical. some people prefer 1000 sf but you prefer 1800 sf, whats the problem? do i have the right to voice out my opinion? |

QUOTE(twincharger07 @ Apr 21 2013, 12:32 AM) big unit actually very practical for family... y is it not practical? Previously we stayed at apartment with built-up around 1000sqft. Since the kids are born the house looks very small. Current Casa unit is ideal for family with kids and parents. the reason y most hunting for 1000 or 1200 sqft due to price... |

For condo, over 1400 square feet is extremely rare, unless u are talking those super luxurious one in KL..price starts from 600 per sqft..Is not the question Big or small, its all about the maintenance fee WOTP rm500+ per squareft..size about 1000sqft only.. y not buy a bigger unit at a cheaper price? anyway all units for casa green are fully sold, except reject loan case...and the queue number for these reject units are 330 last week..if it is not good..y so many ppl line up for it.. The park of WOTP is good...but for how long? Unless u prefer better view over more comfortable living space..then u shud go for WOTP.. investment potential also higher consider the price per sq ft is at 350 level...plus at a bigger size..small increase in price will give u better gain.. Maintenance fee at 19sen per sqft.personally I think it is a bit expensive also..but not very unreasonable...my concern is on the quality This post has been edited by terryble: May 12 2013, 01:52 PM |
