tried tweak e398 the value to -444.

it doesn't seems to dial using MR3420. but will dial using mobile partner.

after revert back to original value only MR3420 can dial
*
every modem will might be different value,.

that's why blacktubi mention user need to testing and find which value best for them,. notworthy.gif

Huawei E220,

Default value = -4

RSSI -97dBm , SNR -93,-10 ,

After Tweak to -200

RSSI -77dBm , SNR -78,-11 ,

speed no much changed still 1.xxMbps

but latency improved much.

for a modem which is so "old" its good to have such good lataency

NV_WCDMA_VGA_GAIN_OFFSET_1 = -225 change to -426
NV_WCDMA_MAX_TX_OPOWER_1 = -20 change to -24

E392 is a fair device
Only selling point is TDD/FDD
Performance lost to E398 on 3G, quite a lot
