Received notice of VP by registered mail for Nada 2 this morning. Paid the miscellaneous charges and waiting for collection of keys.

Both houses I purchased from Sri Pajam, one in a week after launch (year 2009), one in first day launch(year 2015) delivered within 18 months!

For first house, I would give 6/10, due to the roof design is slab only, don't have roof tile(See attached, the left owner renovate to improve the design).

For second one, I would give 8/10, the design improved to have roof tile. Submitted defect list(wrong wiring for water heater, roof water leak, tile crack line) and response in 2-3 weeks consider acceptable for me.

Nowadays, we as new house buyers have to act as QC for developer, they will handover the keys then only rectify defects.

mmmm.. i have been looking there few times... hope to get one.

For Nada Alam, I still don't see Unifi. Currently using mobile internet Maxis/Hotline. For unlimited can go for Digi Infinite 150 but only stable around Nada 2b.

You Nada 1 or 3? Mine Maxis 4G can run about 10mbps.
