BTw im one of the citra hill 2 buyer.i kinda realize pajam use this technique by printing their brochure stating their project is gated and guarded..sometime midway,they took out the gated part and state only guarded.if ask sa during purchase said gng..after snp somehow said guarded only.fence cannot build. Can anyone confirm this coz i seriously no longer trust any of those ppl.i see the trend in their new launching projects as wll.i bet after sold some of the units,no longer gated.

As for Dmayang Sari, the master plan already shown gated and guarded..
1st year will be free and manage by developer..

I think i may have seen it. Think there's no fence although that period of time i was so gullible so i didnt bother looking properly. I was so sold by the gng but now i feel cheated.in fact,i dont mind paying maintrnace fee if got fence.in the end,after ask several sales rep,they claim not possible to do since area too big or too steep nonsense. One mgr said fence will b built.now i no longer know who's rite. Saw phase 1 citra hill hv fence so i remain hopeful. But seriously,why their brochure/ad state gng but mysteriously changed to guarded only midway.

Im not entirely happy with my purchase but not agree with this guy super high risk nonsense with no justification at all.risky to being what? Risk not complete? My unit now complete the road claim redy..so fast! Connectivity? Just beside major hiway toll. But their project dont attract the right crowd compared to the projects close by in semenyih.but i also dont think this is a deciding factor to a success.a lot of ppl buy for own stay instead of investment. ANd this projects also quite far from those highly dense places.i live my entirely life in kl,i cant wait to get out.even sunday go makan jam.the thg i worry abt is crime rate in nilai coz so many facttories arnd and schools for my kids.hopefully one will be built nearby.

Few months back,there was a viral case girl got attacked in batang benar km station.so i gatal n google crime rate in nilai.somehow i saw a news article state crime rate in nilai is highest in N9.think so many foreigners arnd that nilai 3 contribute this number.

I went to their event earlier before for citra hill new phase launching.they sent me invitation card even as i am a current buyer.then we went hoping for food and door gift which was mentioned in the invite.however we got there somehow told were not entitled for gift because we are non resident.not entitled for purchaser.all we got was a lousy cactus that died days later.haha.there was not even food served.all habis. We came hoping to meet future neighbours,socialize,,makan2,have fun but we came back feeling dissapointed.just stay there for 10 mins and left. Afterwards,i never bother to go to any of their events even though they sent me fancy card invite.

all are ok..with good foods, door gift is different if u already a buyer or newcomer..

what they told me only invited residents from aria received pretty good door gift.key holder or some sort.i was a buyer that already bought a unit from them was treated the same like those walk in random people.maybe we were treated differently because progress pymt only made out 40‰ during that period of time.hahah.btw which unit u bought? Nada alam?

Yeke..mine already claim a lot.saw the house already completed with road n all..next billing,wait for key.dunno when is that.now already pay a lot monthly.1.4k.able to save a bit here n there for renovation,etc..but still have trouble imagining living there with my family.maybe weekend house only for a year or two.both wife n i work in kl n live in kl our whole life..hahah

Was here this morning after drop my wife in klia.test run to kl..lalu cheras.jem. almost 2hr from here to maybank tower.7am to 8.45am.also the first time i actually smell the stench that ppl always talk abt after my so many visits which i never quite undertsand previously.quite awful but lucky that stench wasnt there in citra hill 2.

I tried lekas,go through tesco kajang saujana there n took the saga hiway is it..dunno the name of the hiway..2.80 toll for lekas,1.00 for cheras bt 11 toll.i always take this route to n fro kl.jem was awful in cheras.even i took contra lane still took me almost 2 hr to reach menara maybank during morning peak. I can take komuter but sometimes drive to ofc is required especially if ur wife is preganant or work late. i kesian if pregnant woman need to stand in komuter the whole 1 hr to KL. summore malaysian nowadays grown very selfish..haha..so sad..dunno morning crowd in btg benar benar able to sit or not in train

Dunno..never tried tk ktm from btg benar during morning..last week saw parking btg benar 7am already half full so i assume by the time citra hill 2,dmayang,nada alam n also include nilai impian fully occupied, dont hope for seat la..now n then i take 6.50am ktm from sg buluh to kl also full.apparently quite a lot of ppl use ktm nowadays unlike couple of years ago. I tried take ktm from kl to btg benar from bank negara.from bank negara can get seat during peak 6pm. stations after that,if get seat consider very lucky.saw many ladies hd to stand,breaks my heart..hahah.after bangi,okay sikit la n able to sit.
