I thought with the recent GST implementation and weakening Ringgit, people wont be grabbing properties in the rushly manner.. Sales for terraces in Citra Hill 2, and Nada Alam single and double storey are going strong too. This proves there are demand in this places actually

Downpayment got 5% rebate, so just have to pay 14k++ inc booking fees.  I got the fourth last unit for ground floor level.

The announcement of AEON Nilai project, targeted to be completed in 2018, is going to boost around Nilai Impian/Citra hill/Nada Alam township.
I seriously hope that this will materialize in the near future!
