Yeah it is. I thought with the recent GST implementation and weakening Ringgit, people wont be grabbing properties in the rushly manner..

Sales for terraces in Citra Hill 2, and Nada Alam single and double storey are going strong too. This proves there are demand in this places actually

maybe some are worried about the 50% new Bumi quota for housing, thus buying now..
maybe later price for new housing development would be higher & they cannot afford it hmm.gif

I think during soft launch was around 210k.. Now in the region of 260k-290k depending on which level.

They are going to release new blocks, and the price will increase even further

Anyway, 1k booking for gov loan but 2k for private sect.
Downpayment got 5% rebate, so just have to pay 14k++ inc booking fees. smile.gif
I got the fourth last unit for ground floor level. laugh.gif

The announcement of AEON Nilai project, targeted to be completed in 2018, is going to boost around Nilai Impian/Citra hill/Nada Alam township.

I seriously hope that this will materialize in the near future!
