From owners experience on citra hill 1,(Double Storey 20x70), the houses got a lot of defect, and the problems like leaking keep on recurring although the management seems to be quite responsive in handling the defect

Not affecting much on Citra Hill 1 - Double storey 22x70 type thou

Well, although seri pajam finishing is nice, hopefully the built quality is as promised. Touchwood then

One plus point is the progression seems promising

I heard also there are many buyers in seri pajam - Senawang project complaints about the houses got a lot of defect. Water leaking is the most defect. Pretty on the outside, bad in inside.

I notice that Seri Pajam has their own subcon..
example Dmayang Sari Project, is manage by Botanic Acres Sdn Bhd, under Seri Pajam.
Not sure about Citra Hill or Senawang project under who..

need to check closely after project finish and pressure the management..
defects are seen at all major developers..

Got many projects but most of them are built by not so-well-known developers.. so a bit risky when u don't know their track records..

maybe can try out for park properties sdn bhd.. they own tmn bdr senawang project.. the units look nice..

Hi all,
Yup happy to see the project is progressing. I bought a house in Citra Hill 2, and eager to see the finishing but very sceptical about when we will actually get the keys.. Asked the agents from seri pajam and they said it's somewhere on August next year. But the progress is so fast, I hv a feeling that it can be anytime beginning of next year. What you guys think? Can someone shed some lights here cos I really need to talk to my landlord, whom I'm renting the actually date I'm gonna move out cos she seems to be very kiasu n I really don't wish my deposit to be forfeited by her...

No worries my friend. Seri Pajam usually will finish constructing houses in time. The progression is super fast. Got the keys on time. Are you expecting it to be completed before or during the deadline?

My experience from citra hill 1, they were able to finish it on time.. blush.gif
