The issue already solved? Any comments from existing Citra Hill residence?

Do share if u manage to find good contractor for house renovation. been to KL home deco n seems all wanted to charge more since they all based in KL.

Rather on my part, I want the key on next year though due to I only need to start pay once get the key. Using company house loan.

Am one of the owners of citra hill 1. So far no issues on the smell. Maybe, only rarely citrahill is affected by the smell, so far i think only one or two days in a year.

Most of the smell is affecting the taman mulia side and near the pajam toll plaza area.. As far as i concern, it doesn't affect citra hill as much 😉

Just PMed YB Arul Kumar today, the landfill is already close and now in progress to move the landfill to Ladang Tanah Merah Port Dickson, but he said the progress will take some time.
About the reban ayam, he told me that JASNS already on the move to discuss with QL poultry to settle this issue.

On and on, Im glad that Citra Hill is not affected by this issue. Will go to site visit tomorrow to experience real situation.

Btw, how is your unit? Any defects?

yup..mostly which based in KL they want to charge extra for delivery outside KL..
might need to look at reno contractor in seremban area..
nilai pajam not much choice..hehe

Wow, that's a piece of good news. The landfill area has been there like, forever. So does the smell, lol.. But at least they have plans to relocate the reban ayam and landfill area..

Yeap, visiting the site will be very much helpful for you to make the decision.

So far so good, just minor defects. But mine is a single storey terrace house. There reports there are defects for the double storey terraces but their response is quite good. Maybe only minor defects, i think..

There comes some questions about the citra residences... Izzit going to be in Nada Alam or Citra Hill? I am not sure aboout Nada Alam, but I hope nada alam too is not affected by the smell

Just visited the site yesterday, Its a town house.
3 Level and got around 8 blocks.
Location is just beside the Citrahill 2 project. Not at Nada Alam Area.

The bad smell is still there. Driving from the highway window close also can smell.

Actually citra hill is quite a nice play to live in, quite serene.
