I've tried their espresso before. The cafe is kinda hard to find if you are not familiar with Oasis Square, cuz it's not facing the main road.

Hi, Any coffee drinker here? Come to share your favourite coffee shop, and type of coffee you prefer. rclxms.gif

Personally I like Mocha, in CBTL.

yup me too. I like CBTL's mocha ice blended. Sometimes I drink 3 cups per week until almost felt bored of the taste. I had to tone it down to 1 per week or less. Now I found alternative which is 27c teatime. Their mocha ice blended is best cheap branded ice blended. Trust me..I tried mocha ice blended in almost every shop that offer it. 27c have the most well blended ice. Don't have big pieces like most cheap ice blended coffee have. Even starbucks always have big chunk of ice in their ice blended drinks. So..for almost half the price of CBTL mocha ice blended, I can get 27c mocha ice blended.

Typical of Malaysian F&B scene, when pioneers made profit, herd will follow (i.e. HK cafe, white coffee, etc); most are out price to project a superior image, serve poorer quality than benchmark, and fold up in 3 years.

Proper Italian espresso cost only Euro 1 in Rome, don't see why we should pay 50% more for a crappy so called artisan espresso.

"For a 3 dollar cup of coffee, a farmer gets only 3 cents!"

Must watch this coffee documentary "Black Gold":
http://blackgoldmovie.com/.

I'm now kinda boycott Starbucks...

Also this short clip about the common misconception of "Fair Trade" coffee:

So called "single origin" coffee is not much better either or worst relatived to price they charge per cup of coffee.

If desirable coffee flavour can be extracted at 2 ends of temperature range, what is there to stop these desirable flavour to be extracted in mid temperature range?
