I notice some of you are using AeroPress, what's your preferred recipe?

I've been trying many different recipes (see below links),
my preferred mothod is a slight modification of Stumptown version, I let it blooms for 20 sec before I stir.

anyone knows how to solve espresso machine leaking ? just get a espresso machine Hitachi HEM-C1, but it keep leak due to pressure is too high..sad.gif

So you can buy roasting machines but not green beans?  I've been using a heat gun to roast for years!  Much cheaper option ;-)

Where is the leak from? If this is not an automatic, I'm thinking your group head washer that needs to be replaced. How old is the machine? Take a picture of the leak.

it's leak from the place that contact with the header, it's a new machine, used few times then leak..will take a pic and upload later .

I tink i got it..

I bought the Tesco brand cofee.. it not really the soluble type but kinda grind already i think... not berbiji but like half powder half solid

Just put in the filter add water in the tank and pres the button. few mins later ok!!

Do u know if the coffee after make can add another round water and make coffee again or need refill wif new coffee to make?
