did you backup before flash JB ??

1. did you get s note instead s memo ?

2. go *#34971539#, can click 2nd option which is "phone to cam fr write (rear) ?

Yes I did titanium backup. and after I flahsed, I havent restore yet the files all things already there. my one is s memo still..

just restore it
seems like no one getting s note

Erm...from my experience, wipe won't effect internal files. Just that it wipe the settings only. Hard to explain lol~

after wipe then restore apps + data via titanium backup

home screen mode, blocking mode is the new "friends" in setting

video hub,music hub is new "friends" in apps..

device status become normal, means I have to re-root again? (correct me if wrong)

no idea, because previous I upgrade from ICS to leak JB i got wipe, so do the same thing for JB in case got any error, less worry
you use pc odin to flash ??
if yes then go re-root again

If you from stock ICS..upgrade to stock JB firmware via OC Odin then there's no need to do any wipe. You do wipe if you cones from custom rom where many things been tweaked or modified.
Btw..it's good that the Polish JB firmware didn't wipe. Sometimes certain upgrade did wipe all your apps.
Internal storage only can be wipe clean IF you manually wipe it. Using wipe with CWM wont wipe your internal storage.
Do be carefull when do wipe/reset via CWM recovery as the FIRST time you do it..it will wipe clean your internal storage. After that it wont wipe internal storage anymore.
This is true on ICS firmware. Dont know about JB as i still havent try stock JB firmware yet

I'm pretty sure you can do that (Download and flash) But if I'm not mistaken need to wipe first right..(So backup most likely a must) ? You only wipe when you're from a custom rom (Correct me if I'm wrong).

Yes..you just need to root your phone. You can still use CF-root 6.4 to do just that.

so this time follow as well so that no more problem when using JB
after wipe all gone, left supersu since mobile odin is user app (should convert it to system app next time)
but no more next time, won't use ICS anymore, can say bye bye ~
