Can I just download the JB from sammobile and flash over my current ROM? Or do I need to back up anything?

I heard that the official Jellybean is out? Anyone updated yet? What's the difference from my current ROM - XXLG8?
Can I just download the JB from sammobile and flash over my current ROM? Or do I need to back up anything? |
