Hopefully by then dulfy would have uncovered all 150 locations. As of today only 64 uncovered.

Don't tell me we're gonna wait for dulfy to post spoilers so we can do it?

edit:

dafuq? According to dulfy, Guild Treks don't award commendations or rares, only Merits?

Only guild rewards since only 1 person can activate 'F' on the location.

No.. we don't have to wait.. just not sure if everybody has 100% open map. In this case, 100% open map means no fog of war left on the map in order for you to match the clue to the map. You need to match the tiny map they give to find it. If the fog of war is still on some parts of the map, you might not be able to find it.. also there is the time limit of 20 mins. Yeah.. no pressure.. no problem.. we can do it..

Oh.. yeah.. it should not be that hard.. btw.. can you tell me where this is in Diessa Plateau... if you can without looking at the guide.. then hey.. you have just solved 1 out of 150 spots... This is how the Guild Trek is going to be like..

So far only a bit more than 1/3 has been found... we can definitely take our chances and go in without using dulfy... some say where's the fun in using dulfy.. well.. if you have 100% explored (not just 100% map completion) and have the memory of an elephant to be able to remember all the locations by picture alone.. then it should be easy.. no problem.. you can do all of it for the guild... tongue.gif

doesnt matter, we can try it once or twice to see if we can find the locations. I dont understand why we need a guide to cheese the challenge.

I look at it differently. You look at it negatively as cheesing the challenge. I look at it as an advantage in the challenge. In life, people don't give handouts and if there's a way to do something with 100% success, then do it that way. It's not cheesing the challenge. Why reinvent the wheel when somebody can give it to us in a silver platter. I'd grab every silver platter I can get since I'm not born with a silver spoon in my mouth and a silver platter on the table.

I didn't see you crying foul when we used dulfy's guide to hunt the bounties. Why now?

I asked on guild chat if we could do it like it was meant to be, by searching for the bounties as a guild, and was shot down. I don't want to cause drama so I decided not to pursue the issue.

Why reinvent the wheel when it's being handed out to us on a silver platter? However you are right about doing the guild hunt the right way which actually can be easier that what we did last saturday and less waiting. For a guild our size, we most probably can only manage Tier 1 if we are to hunt the bounty only AFTER activation. It can be quite easy if we were given 2 easy maps and immediately split all online members into 2 groups and hunt. I recalled last saturday that some of the bounties were found by our members very quickly even though they only had 2-3 people looking for it while others like Fireheart (we were last to find it and it also ended up as one of the bounty). Those who found their bounty early had to wait for the others.

We can try this Saturday for bounty hunt. Split 2 groups... activate bounty.. and go.. unless we want to try higher tiers. If we have at least 10 members per bounty, it might just work for higher tiers.

We only lose 200 influence points if we fail right? Everybody has to be ok with that as everybody contributed to the points.

it's 2.2k influence because if the bounty fails you need to spend 2k influence to speed the next one up.

Anyway, my post was aimed at Guild Treks. And you were the one who drag this to Guild Bounty.

So even if dulfy doesn't finish uncovering all the Guild Treks, we can still give it a try, no? Why are you so scared of failing? You keep on talking crap about reinventing the wheel.
