anyone know what is the cheapest way to make calls to Malaysia? Any good calling cards etc?

I m currently working in KL, with 2.6k (RM) salary and 2 yrs executive experience. I wonder if I looking a job in SG with expected salary of 2.8k (S$), executive level, isn't ok, or too much? |
