True, with this kind of price where now the rental needs to cater mostly for highly paid expats or the rich for own stay, a unit in KL city with the same price is a wiser choice. Having MRT/LRT does not necessarily means the place is posh it's just ease of convenience, KL city to many professional expats is still 'posher' than most Klang Valley areas.
Looking for flip is worst IMO as this pricing is too risky to gamble on capital appreciation...

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 27): Property developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd announced that for its second quarter ended 30 June 2013, group revenue increased 209% to RM362.1 million from RM117.1 million a year ago.

But net profit stayed flat at RM38.3 million, due mainly to higher finance costs.

When profit was 117m with revenue of 362m, margin was 32%, extremely good!

Now drop to 10%!!

alot of you do not realize that the heart of city have shifted. KL isn't the point to be measured upon already. Now Damansara area , packed with the abundant shopping districts , and infrastructure with SOHO lifestyle is the measurement point.

Alot of our parents came over to PJ to start a new life previously , now we're all shifting the radius over to the damansara area , and surrounding. The new reality.

I almost jumping after get to know the 44cents..is about rm560/month for my unit. Anyway after I tik tik tok tok...this project take 4 years completion and free one year maintenance fee upon VP..so the picture is 5 years later and the rate should be there I think. Rite?

We love our cars including me.

but we dont love drive in a super jam road from 7am to 9pm. Everyday despite paying for a high tol which will go up very soon.

Tropicana garden not sure hw manya carpark. Tropicana avenua looks like the better choice. Coz no thks i do not want to stay in a bz mrt station and bz retail. But dijaya seem not strong in pulling good retail. Hopefully avenue works out. Casa retail suck real bad. But surprisingly got weird crowd hangout nite time. Glamour mamak plc
