Is the hotel confirmed? I thought they might want to make it an office tower since they sold their offices in Tropicana City Mall, and move their corporate offices to TG.

The only winners so far are Arnica, and they are located JUST in front of the MRT station, whereas Bayberry and Cyperus are both further from it and cost more expensive.

frankly, nowadays so many malls - its a dog eat dog world already.

and now they have issue with selling cyperus, buyers can only hope they hav some grand plans up their sleeves to pull it off and be THE one.

actually, out of curiosity, if the station is nearer arnica, is better for arnica right?, cos the train would have stopped / or close to stopping by the time the reached the station, and thus, less noise.

Current mall n overall design/concept of TG is much btr than before. last time jus looks like 4 buildings n 1 mall..now 4+1 n mall with beautiful design..

Btw, will the mall be open at night for ppl to walk to the MRT i mean after 11 n all?

They plan to introduce mid night shopping as a unique proposition whereby outlets will open past midnight, maybe during Friday and weekends

Actually quite workable if u go KD commercial shops area at night, vibrant n many people lepak around...n they are those with purchasing power one...

Just like a highway, before and after the toll will be noisy as the cars brake and pick up

At the station, the train will make noise as it brake or accelerate after leaving the station

I guessed so as well.. i knw ppl living near toll plaza (KJ apartment near subang toll) say super noisy.

nvr met anyone staying near train station.. how will TG buyers stand the noise ah? dis train is not so noisy but u cn see this video cos this warsaw train uses the same train as KVMRT. Our one supposed to look nicer la

I still doubt that people who can afford to live here willfind the mrt a strong draw. Those who bought are merely speculating there is interest. In my opinion. Many will say they will use, but in reality its a different story...even in sg or hk they dont build high end residences next to mrt stations like this.

the MRT track itself got a shield at bothsides when approching to station....u can see MRT station near Taman Pertama, Cheras...but still din sure whether is effective or not...

From the façade and design, don't think there is anything blocking the MRT to the development...if that is what you are talking about.

Last I heard from Tropicana reps the distance from Arnica to the station is about 300m. That is a fair distance I think.

im nt sure of whr the station is gona be but d tower nearest will only be 30-50m.. whole TG is 400m from one end to the other.

Visited the gallery last weekend. The sales lady recommended the side facing the golf field. She said sound travels upwards so....

only penthouse available by the way... i was there to look at Cypherus but the sales lady recommended the pent house...
