bro, it's their app problems... everybody complained like hell these days... their customer service also useless one... u need to screw them in order to get it done... but, the problems keep on coming back these days... those days when it started, it was almost perfect... these days, they update this and that... even worse

It seems so true , my friend with rooted device also can't get it run.I wonder why they did that which was not on previous version.

I feel much better asking here since going to astro center , no one and give out the answer , made phone call need to listen to music 30 min and redail and transfer.Make report number also cannot solve.

first of all, I think the app problems seem solved since last 2 days... I can watched without any lag at all...

frankly, I had been using more than 2 years.. so, forget about the setup stuff... but, if I am not mistaken, it's all about the account number... after that, the app can link up your programmes automatically... if not, just call them to link it, which is much easier than calling them for complains ...

A3C is what? I am using astro super pack 3... PVR is not an issue at all.. it's about your package that u subscribed...

u need to register for astro id free account 1st.
then login into astro on-the-go apps, from there u need to find account management or something, then look up for link to astro account. fill in the astro account number. done. u should able to watch other channel under ur astro plan but not all channel actually.
my astro is sport plan plus those discovery/nat-geo channel plan, so i can watch all sport channel/discovery/net-geo plus few free channel.

for the rooted issue, i think this just for security. same as iflix also require the phone to be unroot. if root, then cant install.

is there any smart tv browser that i can watch the astro on the go ??

i tried using ps4 browser. but it didnt support, was thinking the smart tv would help, but not yet tried .. anybody has experience in this ?

Bro, I install the latest astro on the go apk in my galaxy note 10.1 and tvbox but both failed to stream or authentication fail, can u advice what should I do. tQ

if authentication fail, then u need to liase with astro customer service... not easy though... u must have patience...

FYI, the app are running smoothly right now as I am watching liverpool game right now...
