reit prices look stable today. poised to rise?! tongue.gif

fed almost sure to raise rates tonite.

question is if fed comments will be dovish or not.

Good price for Keppel DC. Look like nothing much to buy today. I'm aiming to enter Parkway Life Reit.
Any thought for this?

parkway... no, i have no idea on this one.

i just keep to half a dozen and that's it.

keppel dc is the first new one i added in 2 yrs.

hope it stays strong.

ya, sti subdued today while japan, china, hk rallies strong after dow.

maybe the us rate hike affects sg a little more than the rest.

still happy to see aims and suntec moving higher.

can't have too many, hard to monitor.

also, depending on yr broker, dividend processing may have charges per div per counter.

keppel... i have enough office; dc is diff - data centers.

i am not using sc, wouldn't know. you should ask them.

typically, if sg broker-sg bank account, should be no charge.

charges for msian bank-brokers.
