I am of the opinion that it is not,... yet,... We needed a few more strong consensus percentages from analysts in early-December that the liftoff will happen in mid-December. Then only, will the hike will be fully priced-in....

Well,...at least Viva has retail shareholders in mind to offer this preferential offering, unlike Cache which did a placement exercise recently, and diluted our holdings..

But be careful of industrial REITs, if they are heavy on warehouse spaces, there could be some headwinds ahead due to incoming supply. If they are more into business parks, then it would be worth considering.

Yup, for DBS and UOB there will be at least $500 minimum to avoid monthly deduction.
For Standard Chartered there will be no minimum fees to maintain the acc if you apply for Dash account.

I'm not sure about foreigner application whether is the same, can check with bank relatively.

Dash Easy is a savings account (offered by Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited) linked seamlessly to a mobile cash (mCash) account (offered by Singtel).

With a linked Dash Easy Savings Account, you can enjoy the convenience of topping up your mCash on the go. You will also get to earn attractive interest rates and cash out.

Plus, with Dash Easy, you can pay both friends and businesses directly from your mobile phone.

Thanks Prince. Been trading with SCB online trading account for many now and didn't hear about DASH. Assume it's only for Sing residents.
