I was told buyers would need to use Maxim's lawyer for loan agreement. Those who want to appoint their own lawyer need to write in. The coordinator said they will decide to reject or approve it.

Anyone appointed their own lawyer?

Apparently, the developer's lawyer wouldn't give you 30% discount if your loan legal fee is bundled into the loan amount. So it make no different if you appoint your own lawyer.

any1 gotten their stamped SPA yet? I've paid and signed about 2 months ago but till now still no news on progress.

Also, the 4 yrs completion date is only calculated from stamped date onwards right? is this a bid by the developer to delay completion without needing to pay penalty and compensation?

About the bank loan agreement also no news at all... tomorrow i will call lawyer office about this. Last time I bought Puchong house the developer very aggressive , they always remind us the things to do but this maxim lack of such friendly reminder. So far I only received the "threaten" call such as faster come to pay 10% down payment otherwise your unit bla bla bla ..... quite disappointed their service hmm.gif

Of coz there r no similarity if u look at the rental market for the next 4 years
No doubt u may need to walk further to reach d station for Maxim but with the same rental (let say ekocheras fetch for 2000) I can rent 3 bed room for maxim woh.......isn't that advantage. icon_idea.gif
