A few days ago. There's a unit of 3 bedder on the 8th floor Blk A c/w 2 car park priced @ Rm503k. Not too sure if it has been taken.

No more rebate lah for Maxim Residence...as of today left several 1-bedder and 3-bedder units at high floors..

You bought it last year or last week?

They mentioned at Level 4, there will be overhead walkway connecting to Accolade project. No other news...

read some forumer's response saying that given a choice, go for public bank first (provided all other terms and conditions are similar), reason is because pbb are generally more strict in their loan approvals, hence it may be more difficult to get a loan from pbb for your 2nd, 3rd, etc property.
