I booked a unit in Block B ...received a call from the developer's lawyer few days ago asking me to go sign SPA today or tomorrow.

completion date is 4 years. it's a good buy if can complete within 4 years but they have few projects all at the same time that makes it risky.

lawyer called for signing. however want drag them as loan agreement not yet prepared. just receive offer letter for loan. will forward the lawyer for preparation.... can share the spa agreement and loan agreement legal fee?

Yeah its 4 years. I heard that because its located near to the school, therefore they have made it to 4yrs... not sure about this though...

update: loan approved, S&P will be signed this Saturday.

question:
1. does anyone know what's the years remaining on the leasehold?
2. what about the maintenance fee per sqr ft?

Besides cheras centre point n walking distance to pheonix mrt via centre point. 400psf up..potential mrt2 interchange stop also. Cant find any cheaper. Problem is..can u get one. Emmm..
