wrong project dude - I believe you are talking about maxim majestic, that is the project opposite maxim residence. maxim residence already VP in June/July this year.

If you are talking about Maxim Majestic, almost sold out for 650sf only, plenty of units available for 819sf.

Or is there any developer units left for Maxim Residence?
