think location map posted on earlier post/facebook link.....

next to 118 food court, econsave, connaught avenue......

sales agent claimed that its walking distance to phoenix plaza if the other new project which smack in between D'maxim and Phoenix Plaza materialised.......

can anyone confirm this? price point is rather reasonable on leasehold land and under DIBS package....this always has been PV style.......

600sq ft from 280K

800sq ft from 350K

1000 sq ft from 400K

block B fully 'stickered' ...

block A left 825sf and 619sf units .. mainly west facing ...

and it's true, only DIBS and SPA absorbed by developer ..
nothing else blink.gif

no discount, no free kitchen cabinets, aircond point etc etc

Was told the same that there will be a bridge linking the next commercial project and then link to phoenix. Even if no bridge, walking to phoenix isnt far.

I've actually booked on unit. Facing PJ. 8++sf, with balcony. Based on my research, for rental purpose, 2R&2BR is just fine smile.gif

Last Monday. Erm less than 20 units. Most of them are upper level units i.e. 26th Floor onwards.

Are you first time buyer and manage to get 90% loan?

I doubt any of purchasers who only entitle to 70% loan still buying this project since there is no discount

DIBS also had been factor into the pricing. And no discount means 10% dp which is upfront capital payment.

Maybe purchasers now prefer DIBS than the discount if given a choice?
