I think Akisma/ JL99/Binastra quite success in their sales records, they got plenty of projects, parklane only one of them, but I don't think they can't manage to sell the parklane, the problem only appear when lot of the owners rent to PH which create an unsecure sense and pull down the property value. But this not a developer responsibility to restrict owner who shall they rent to. Same will happen to other developer projects, lot of owner only wan to collect rental to cover installment, they don't even know who they are rented to. Datuk Lee Chong Wei also staying at house built by Akisama (Nagamas villa), double silver medalist soon will staying at their projects too.

Depends on the size of the projects...

I think under dbkl....most high density multiple storey projects can get min 48 mths

I saw there r still some left over units in block A & B, all are facing KL view. Which block is more recommended? Why?
And it is still worth buying now because I saw some comments they bought it few years ago price for 1050 is around 400k++, now it goes up to 500k++. Thanks
