Just like me, I cant believe and I am in the top percentile as well concerning EPF savings till 55 yrs (more than RM180k). And I am one of the middle management staff only. Plenty of top management in my office. If someone as ordinary as me are the top savers in EPF, can you imagine how far below the rest are? And how far above the rest are too? Something really wrong somewhere.

And according to epf research....more than 50% (might have been higher but cant recall the actual %) of contributors will spend all their epf saving in the 1st 5 yrs aftee retirement. My own father is a testimont of it.... The 5 properties thing doesnt reflect the weathiness of population. Many people especially of certain race base dont see buying properties as passive income or speculating on properties and many dont use properties to improve wealth. In order to live comfortably in klang valley one needs 3mio to maintain the lifestyle.....if couples probably 4mio.

I feel release for my life after reading this post I feel happy staying in flat rather than Tan Sri, Dato Dato staying in bungalow, cox the non current liability is great, the bungalow not belong to them is belong to bank. I fee happy to take MRT daily rather than those big boss driving luxury car, cox the non current liability is great, they need to pay to bank monthly. I feel happy I didnt owned any biz, if not, my non current liability is great, every month need to serve bank loan. I feel very pity to those listed company boss, most of them burden with non current liability, the company is belongs to bank. So what so great and proud be a rich man, you all are tight up with non current liability. Like me is good, nothing in hand, so not tight up with non current liability. I'm feel great too, cox i didn't need do a presentation about company performance to the boss, cox just a little potato in this society, not need to face stress from boss.

Just sharing some new development about market trend now, generally for KV developers, particularly for Akisama group, which they try to keep the price below RM500K with 10% rebate, plus free legal fees etc. Akisama marketing very simple only, where they going also apply same marketing strategic and same product outlook with mass production. If they launch their product by next year at food courts area, based on the theory " where got new development is cheaper than handover projects", is a big challenge for those maxim flipper to flip their property in their desired price. But for those are buying for own stay, still can enjoy their home sweet home living life without bother what happen nearby this area. This is market trend nowadays, but didn't mean maxim cant be RM700/sf in future, but may take time, not immediate after V.P. Who don't wan make profit, but need to face reality also. No point i keep telling wow your project may worth RM700/sf after V.P, syiok sendiri only. "You can ignore this, if you get feel insulted". Attached thumbnail(s)
