My agreement signed & stamped during last quarter of 2013, this project undertaking about 42 month completion so by right VP must be before end of 1st quarter 2017

Most of the earlier buyers executed the SPA 3rd quarter of 2013, so end of this year VP consider within expectation

If not mistaken, is 48 months. Not 42 months

Now is up to 25~26 floor

Based on the progress speed, it will take them another 4-5 months for structural topup.

Another 9months to go before year end. I think if they can't complete by end of this year, it will be first quarter next year.

Agree. Maxim Sentul just complete the top floor, they say will deliver end of this year. Maxim Cheras was slower than Sentul...
